DFT Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Take technical ownership of assigned modules, guiding the team on implementation approaches and resolving technical roadblocks.
- Mentor team members to strengthen their technical skills and output, while tracking project status and flagging risks or escalations early.
- Ensure the assigned module follows required processes and contribute to technical reviews and discussions.
- Integrate IP blocks into subsystem- or SoC-level architectures, ensuring clock, reset, power, and interface connections are correctly wired.
- Work with AMBA-based interfaces (AXI/APB/AHB) and peripheral protocols such as SPI, I2C, and UART.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a DFT Engineer role.
- Hands-on experience with MBIST insertion, scan insertion, boundary scan (BSCAN) insertion, and ATPG verification.
- Working knowledge of the Mentor Tessent DFT tool flow.
- Good English skills are a plus.
