Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operation and maintenance of industrial park water supply and centralized wastewater treatment systems.
- Ensure stable clean water supply and compliance with wastewater discharge standards.
- Monitor water treatment processes, distribution networks, and wastewater quality; manage abnormal pollution loads and treatment incidents.
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans for pumps, motors, aerators, valves, electrical systems, and SCADA/PLC equipment.
- Ensure environmental compliance, workplace safety, and emergency preparedness.
- Lead the operations team and manage annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
- Report operational performance, compliance records, and root cause analyses to senior management.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, industrial park tenants, and equipment suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Hydraulic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in water supply and wastewater treatment operations.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese environmental legislation and national wastewater discharge standards.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in chemical and biological treatment processes.
- Hands-on understanding of SCADA systems, water distribution networks, and industrial mechanical equipment.
