Regional Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Compliance

• Conduct regular franchise store visits across the assigned territory.
• Inspect food quality, safety, hygiene, customer service, equipment, and overall store conditions.
• Ensure compliance with Group standards, SOPs, and Japan-specific requirements.
• Identify operational gaps and prepare store inspection reports.

Corrective Actions & Improvement

• Follow up with franchisees and store managers on corrective actions.
• Provide on-site coaching and operational guidance.
• Recommend improvements to enhance operations, service quality, and compliance.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure issues are properly resolved.

New Store Opening Support

• Support new franchise store preparation and opening.
• Conduct pre-opening checks and readiness assessments.
• Provide on-site support and guide teams on operational standards and procedures.

Franchisee Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships and maintain regular communication with franchisees.
• Understand and address franchisee needs and operational challenges.
• Collect feedback and coordinate with internal teams to resolve store-level issues.

Market & Performance Monitoring

• Monitor store performance, operational data, market trends, and competitors.
• Prepare regular store visit and operational reports.
• Identify key risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Training Support

• Support the Training Manager with store-level operational training.
• Participate in training sessions and reinforce best practices through on-site coaching.

• Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin + Japanese or English + Japanese
