Sales Engineer (Cutting Tools)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and end customers to expand business opportunities in the industrial cutting tools market.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable tooling solutions to improve machining performance and productivity.
• Prepare technical proposals and customized tooling solutions based on customer drawings and machining requirements.
• Support sales activities through customer visits, technical consultations, cutting tests, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and training sessions for distributors, customers, and internal sales teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the distribution network and drive business growth.

Requirements

• College or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machining Technology, or a related field.
• Engineering experience in the machining industry, preferably involving cutting tools, tooling applications, or machining centers.
• Good understanding of machining processes, especially milling and solid round tools.
• Good command of English for customer communication, technical discussions, and reporting.
• Familiarity with 2D/3D CAD/CAM software and MS Office.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-oriented skills.
